Customer Satisfaction Survey
2005
Technifor is pleased
to announce that its customer satisfaction survey
conducted between June and August 2005 was a
resounding success.
As part of the
company’s ongoing quality drive, some 500 UK
companies were canvassed regarding their
experience with Technifor.
“We’re always looking
for ways to improve our service,” says the project
co-ordinator Anne Joynson. “Once we have the
results of the survey, we can pinpoint exactly
those issues that are most important to our
customers. We'd
like to take this opportunity to thank everyone
who took part.”
Prize Draw Winner Plans Spanish
Football Tour
Those taking part
in the customer satisfaction survey were entered
in a free prize draw held on September 2nd. The
lucky winner, Mr. Martin Kilsby of Northampton
based Cousins Engineering, received a £200 British
Airways voucher. A delighted Mr. Kilsby has
already decided how he intends to spend his prize.
"I'm closely involved
in running the Brixworth Flames under 16 football
team," he said. "We're playing in Majorca at the
end of the season. The voucher will be used to
help to buy flights for the team."
