An accessory range is available to fully utilise the capabilities and performance of TECHNIFOR Laser range whatever the application.

All accessories are common for the laser range TF410-TF420 including the Yag Laser TD412.

Technifor Lasers can drive a rotation device to allow cylindrical parts to be marked around their circumference.

The final selection of the type of device depends on the specifications of the parts to be marked.

Motorized Z axis

Automatic setting in height of the marking head with or without part touch sensor.

Height adjustment system of the marking head : +/- 22mm.

Independent Class 1 Workstation

This workstation is specially dedicated to the marking of various types of manually loaded parts. A 265mm path allows a precise adjustment of the working distance. Integrated height adjustment: the Z-axis allows to mark fast and cost-effectively parts with different height.

Class 1 Door MiniWorking station

Accessory for compact and simple integration. It is totally safe, versatile and ready to mark small parts or small batches.

Marking Areas

Field lenses can be adapted to the application request in order to obtain either a larger path (up to 180mm) or a finest marking resolution (down to 3μm).

Mark'n Read™ : Solution for Data Matrix™ Marking and Reading

In partnership with experts in machine vision and 2D symbology readers for manufacturing environments, Technifor is in unique position to supply and support Direct Parts Marking solutions with associated reading for verifying that the correct code has been marked and for monitoring the marking quality.

Automatic Plate Feeding Devices (PFD)

Technifor's Plate Feeder Device (PFD) can automatically feed the machine, with a facility for stocking the outputs according to your requirements. Different plate types and sizes can be processed.

Fume extractor range ES10 - ES30

Accessories to clean air from particules and fumes resulting from the marking. It gives total protection for the operator and the machine.
